Extra Tips for Cooking Shrimp and King Crab Tacos with Queso Butter Dip

Choosing high-quality ingredients is important. Jumbo or large shrimps are the best options because it will be harder to overcook them. Both frozen and fresh shrimps are suitable for this recipe.

How about king crab? Where should you get the meat from? The most commonly used meat is in their legs. According to seasoned cooks, the merus section is often the best part of the king crab. Other edible parts of king crab are claws, and backfin flesh, which you can try to use in the tacos.

For a gluten-free meal, choose white wine over beer. There is also gluten-free seasoning for tacos that you may want to try.

Avoid touching peppers, especially the chile varieties, with your bare hands because the volatile ingredients in the peppers will burn your skin.
