Hi there! I'm Miyuki, Culinary Director at The Oyster Bar Bangkok, and passionate about aquaculture research since the 2000s while studying at the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Prince of Songkla University.
Born in America but raised in Thailand, I had the opportunity to enjoy both Thai and American cuisine and gradually fell in love with cooking. In 2009, after graduating from the classical culinary arts course at Le Cordon Bleu, with extensive knowledge of recipe development and food science, I became a chef specializing in seafood and American cuisine and also start writing recipes from there.
