Ingredients

  • 3 lobsters
  • 2 packs noodles
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 8 tbsp beef sauce
  • 8 tbsp XO sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • cooking oil
  • onions
  • green onions
  • bell peppers

Instructions

  • Scrub the shells of the three lobsters carefully to move stains and dirt.
  • Cut the lobsters into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add two eggs and cornstarch to the lobster bowl and mix them well.
  • Pour cooking oil into a pan. When the oil bubbles, add lobsters and fry them for three minutes.
  • Turn the lobsters over and fry for another two minutes.
  • Take the lobsters out and drain the oil.
  • Cook noodles in boiling water until it turns soft and smooth.
  • Rinse the noodles with cold water and set it aside.
  • Chop onions, green onions, and bell peppers into slices.
  • Add cooking to a pan and fry half of the chopped vegetables for one minute.
  • Add noodles and beef sauce to the pan and stir-fry it with vegetables for three minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and place noodles on a plate.
  • Add cooking oil and the remaining vegetables to the pan and sauté for one minute.
  • Put lobsters in the pan, then add beef sauce and XO sauce to stir over low heat.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add green onions and chili to the pan of lobsters.
  • Set the lobsters on the plate of noodles.
